Accessibility Promise
We are committed to make all of our theatre shows as accessible as possible. In a bid to deliver on this commitment, we will always ensure the following for any of our productions:
All HEADLOSS productions will take place in buildings with access entrances and exits and appropriate health and safety risk assessments for audiences with limited mobility. This includes ensuring a practical and safe fire evacuation plan is in place and that audiences can enter and exit the building and enter the performance space with sufficient ease.
All HEADLOSS productions will feature content warnings to be directly communicated to audiences both prior to purchasing tickets to a production and prior to the performance of the show. Detailed content warnings will also be readily available upon request.
All live HEADLOSS productions will be audio descriptive and creatively captioned. The methodology behind this may vary production to production, but will always be enacted in a way that ensures the most rich and full experience of the show possible is attained for audiences.
All live HEADLOSS productions will be willing to stage relaxed performances upon request/demand.
HEADLOSS is committed to being a progressive, inclusive, diverse and tolerant company. We will always strive to ensure our work and our approach to work is considerate of these values, and to listen and learn if we aren't always getting it right.

HEADLOSS will always consider further ways to make our work accessible, and will always listen to advice, requests or complaints regarding our approach to accessibility.
