Nathan Dunn

Nathan is the founder and creative director of HEADLOSS. 

Having trained at LJMU and obtaining a BA Hons Degree in Drama from the university, he returned in 2022 and completed a Masters Degree in Making New Theatre. He has written original texts and adapted existing texts for stage performance. TRAP is his first full-length original play.

He has a diverse experience of theatre performance, varying from period pieces and comedies to musicals and solo performance. His most recent performance of an already established text was when he made his solo performance debut performing a version of Chris Thorpe and Rachel Chavkin's Confirmation in 2019.

He has experience in other formats of live performance, such as stand-up comedy and live musical performance.

A self-taught guitarist, he is most musically adept as a singer-songwriter, with a good foundational understanding of Digital Audio Workstations (DAW) for programming music such as Logic, Garageband and Audacity.
